i can't wait to get a solid nights sleep.
it's good to see hard work slowly starting to pay off.
it's taken long enough.
doing this album has made me realize everything that we
have gone through. i still remember our first full band practice.
andy, isaac and i. with the snare drum taped to a chair cause we forgot
the snare stand. or it broke or something. and to think that this is
ultimately still the same band really makes me feel good about how far
we've come. our first show and the night we booked it.
and how we were there probably not much later than three thirty.
the first time we had shirts printed. recording at digs house.
everything.. i'm just so excited for this to be done. honestly.
recollecting every detail of every song we've recorded really put
things in to perspective.
i'm extremly happy with the drums. first take on 90% of the
stuff. and everything sounds amazing. guitars
tomorrow. there's definatly no time to waste. it'll happen
though. layout will be finished tomorrow. darron and i
finished up all the liner notes tonight. and i'm real happy
with em. i'm excited for everyone to hear this album. we're
definatly putting everything on the line.
new tees comming soon also.. and stickers. first time in five
years that i've been able to say that. i'm glad things are
finally falling in to place. i kinda feel like we set up a
bunch of dominos for this real big finale type deal.
where they go all over the house. and go in circles, and up stairs..
something you'd see in guiness, and the first one's
been knocked over. but we're still setting the last few up. that's
what it feels like. i just hope we finish in time. i've got faith.
