Just in case you've ever wondered what kind of yarn I am....

You are Mohair.
You are a warm and fuzzy type who works well with

others, doing your share without being too

weighty. You can be stubborn and absolutely

refuse to change your position once it is

set, but that's okay since you are good at

covering up your mistakes.

What kind of yarn are you?

So it turns out I only need one more skein of the MC yarn for my Weasley sweater, not the three (well, 2.1) that I originally thought... yay for boy who can do math for me! So since I have that one skein held for me automatically (for buying 5+ all at once), I'll just pick that one up tomorrow, along with a CC (I'm really thinking about going with that rust colour... so pretty!) and the size 5 needles.

I made an effort at a small "D" in intarsia today. It wasn't terrible, but certainly wasn't as good the one on the model sweater on the pattern. But if I do the intarsia and it's imperfect, well.. that just adds to the Weasley-ness of it, right? Right? I didn't feel like weaving in all those ends, though, so I'm going to wait to do that and see which problems it fixes/hides before I take a picture.

I'm getting more and more excited about this every day, but also beginning to panic! What the hell was I thinking??? Am I really going to make it through 16 days of intensive knitting without killing someone with a knitting needle???
