刚刚结束新专辑「scandal」在台湾宣传活动的吴建豪(Van Ness)隔日即马不停蹄前往香港为7月8、9号的日本个人演唱会「2006 Van Ness Wu 1st Concert VAN-DALISM in TOKYO」进行綵排工作。

短短十几天的綵排时间，从舞蹈、乐队、造型、舞台及各种行前会议，每天的工作行程从早忙到晚，除了应付以上烦琐的前置工作外，体能也是另外一项考验，因为要独撑近两个小时的表演，VANNESS也把原本每天健身两个小时的时间特别加长至三个小时，从跑步、游泳到各种重量训练，丝毫不敢鬆懈，只为把自己的状况调整到最好。
