Daytime soap stud Justin Hartley who plays Green Arrow on the CW's Smallville drama guest starred on CSI: NY earlier this month as a male model who helps the investigators in a high-profile music industry mogul murder case.
Later this season, Hartley will be coming back to CW Thursdays and can also be seen in a new Parker Posey movie ring Breakdown" currently in post-production.
