Autism Books and Resources

Feb 13, 2013 20:05

I've just updated my Mediafire with a bunch of new books.

For those who don't know, I have a whole bunch of things up there. It's a real mixed bag of personal accounts, parental accounts, clinical accounts, textbooks, self-help/parenting guides, teaching guides, learning/daily routine resources, homeschooling resources, and diet resources related to autism, Asperger syndrome and other colours of the spectrum.

You should not consider these books as personal recommendations; many of them are ones I haven't read yet. (Though a few I have.) For example, I personally dislike Simon Baron-Cohen and a lot of the things he's written/said about autistic people (equating them to serial killers in his last book was a particularly classy act on his part, well done, you douche) but I have some of his works up there.

Feel free to take any or all of the titles that take your fancy. Most of them are in .pdf format, and most are proper ebooks that are searchable, some even have chapter and section hotlinks. Most are fairly small, but some are bigger, in particular some of the textbooks and books that contain art or graphics.

PLEASE TELL ME IF ANYTHING IS BROKEN.

Also, if you have digital copies of things that I don't have up there that you'd be interested in 'donating' to this library of autism resources, please let me know.
