Doctor Who Children in Need Prequel
Spoilers, sweetie!
It's the annual Children in Need telethon and one of the first things they did was show a short prequel to this year's Doctor Who Christmas Special. It was introduced by Matt Smith and Jenna-Louise Coleman. The prequel itself featured Madam Vastra, Jenny and the exiled Sontaran Strax reporting seemingly mysterious goings on to a shadowy man who turns out to be the Doctor. The Doctor is still rather upset about losing the Ponds and refuses to help. He is also wearing a top hat, for top hats are cool. Strax has also declared war on the Moon. Yeah.
Last year the Christmas Special took inspiration from The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe. The year before that it was A Christmas Carol. This year the Christmas Special looks to be taking inspiration from Sherlock Holmes. It looks blooming awesome!
