I'M BACK!!!
I got back last thursday. it's just, my internet connection sucks, and I had a ton of emails to sort through.
Ukraine was awsome! it was so cool being in a country that just recently had a revolution. everyone was telling me about their orange revolution, how everyone in the country went to Kyiv for 17 days. things are really getting better for them. I recomend eastern europe. westerners hate americans, but in the east all the way through poland, they still like americans. there are plenty of things to see. it is like western europe except the old cathedrals have not been refinished or remodeled. and people still use the old buildings. Lviv is beautiful. it is like going back in time. the toilets dont flush toilet paper, and the water only runs between 6 and 9 mornings and evenings. there are some cities for example, in hungary and romania that suffered absolutely no damage from the world wars, and were deserted under comunism. so they are still exactly as they were before except with bushes and stuff growing out of the rooves.
