So apparently I haven't updated in a while.
Fourteen weeks.
Oops.
So, in order:

3) Tom was apparently cornered into resigning, Ted tells me. The story is that he'd submitted his resignation in writing effective at the end of the year, and he was presented with this document, and he tried to back out of it, but no dice. (I was afraid to ask if the multiple instances of gross incompetence and outright lying alone were insufficient. Let us just say that working here long term is probably not my life's goal right now if it takes a year and a goddamn half to get rid of this mistake.) Ted also tells me he's been promoted to news editor, which is not nearly as much fun as knowing he is never going to see Tom again.
In other news, the best way to keep up with what's going on with me/us is not to come here (I really am only posting to show off my before-tonight-unknown apparent fame) but to catch me on Gchat.
