i've had nothing but trouble with verizon. it seems like they either lie to get you to spend more money or they just don't know what they're talking about. like, one person will tell you one thing then you call and talk to another person and they tell you something else.

they did that to me with my dsl. one girl told me it would be activated on a certain day and it wasn't and when i called them about it they told me they didn't know why the rep told me that because there was no way it could be done when she said. then they told me i'd have to wait another week. um, no thanks. i cancelled.

then i was on the OneBill service and it never showed the right amount so i cancelled it but a rep told me it was fixed so i re-enrolled BUT it wasn't fixed...i was always paying too much or not enough.

they shut my cell phone off because i owed money on the landline and dsl. it said i had to pay X amount for my cell to be turned on so i paid it. my cell still wasn't turned on so i called back and they told me i had to pay over $500 to get my cell back. after a few weeks they shut it off AGAIN. when i called, they said they had no idea why it was shut off again & connected me to someone else. that rep told me it was off because i still owed money on the landline. wtf?? i shut the landline off and if i had a better provider around here, i'd cancel cell service with them too. they seriously suck!
