I just got a call from my friend Angela in Glasgow. My advisor and dear comrade at Strathclyde Neil Rafeek just died last nite. Due to the fact that I am poor and stupid ass fucking Easter has made plane tickets go up ten times their normal rate I can not go to the services that are scheduled for Thursday morning.
Seriosuly, although I know this is not the same circumstances as past deaths in April, seriously FUCK THIS MONTH. Almost every person I've ever know who has died it has been during the first two weeks of this month and April is really pissing me off with this trend.
Fuck I wish I had an extra $2000 so I could be there.
