There was crazy traffic in Rockville this morning. Apparently there was a hit and run that shut down Gude Drive, sending all traffic heading into Rockville on different routes. Ok, if you're driving up someone's ass in the fast lane, and they finally get past the line of cars that they're trying to pass and they move over into the slow lane, DO NOT then slow down and sit in their blind spot.
