Recipe #10: Risotto

Reil and I finally made risotto, after watching television cooks make it for many many seasons.  Yum.  We did a basic risotto with parmesan and parsley and it turned out wonderfully well.  I sauted some sausage, mushrooms and peas which we served with the risotto, instead of cooking it in the risotto. All, yum ( Read more... )

I don't know if it's your style, but this grilled chicken with tomato cilantro sauce recipe was stupendously yummy. (I baked rather than grilled, which was just fine.)

I like to throw some roasted butternut squash, white wine and rubbed sage into my risotto. I then add some rotisserie chicken to Tom and the kids'. I make it every couple of months because I'm the only one who likes it.
