Reil and I finally made risotto, after watching television cooks make it for many many seasons. Yum. We did a basic risotto with parmesan and parsley and it turned out wonderfully well. I sauted some sausage, mushrooms and peas which we served with the risotto, instead of cooking it in the risotto. All, yum.
That was actually a couple weeks ago, I think, and I haven't really had much desire to do any cooking since then. I am planning my standard roast chicken recipe (honey, cinnamon, olive oil, etc) for tomorrow night, but will need to search around to find inspiration for new recipes to come.
