Although it's nice and comforting to be home, I already find myself missing London. The gigantic cars here in the States are sort of a surprise and a downer - and after only a week away from home. It's annoying to see pictures of Bush in the media on a regular basis already. I want Indian food to be as easily available as in London.

At least the last bit has spurred me to pull out my Indian cookbook. I've got some dal cooking right now.
