New York City!
so, the trip to London has been postponed until at least the spring time. (On the upside, if we go next year, Reil might have work there that he could do, and that would cover a fair amount of the hotel costs, etc.)
Instead, my mom and stepdad are flying out the weekend before Thanksgiving, giving us a couple of nights to get away. We're looking at going to NYC, so I'm wondering of those who read my journal, Got any recommendations for places to stay, eat, etc? I know I want to get to the Guggenheim and the MOMA, and we might try to go see a show or something. We'd like to keep it under $200-250/night for a room with a queen sized bed (which might be more widely do-able with Reil's discounts.)
And, if you're in the area, do you wanna hang out? There's a few of you up there that I would LOVE to see.
