The second and third verses....
As promised, (better late than never) here are the second (and as a peace offering for my tardiness...) third verses of my song Into Hell. Be sure to scroll down and read the first verse first, duh. Let me know what you think. I appreciate constructive criticism, and do not appreciate ass holes.
So I opened up my ears
And I listened for a voice
From heaven I heard God
And he offered me a choice
He said the way was hard
But the bounty was eternal
All I had to do was
Sabotage the inferno
He said I was a spy from heaven
My mission was to infiltrate
Satan and his brethren
He said the son would lead me
And that I should listen close
And when my job was done
I would be visited by a ghost
This ghost would hold my hand
And together we would rise
And soon Id be in heaven
Far from the prince of lies
I said that I was down
And asked him where to start
So Damian led me down
Into eternal dark
We went deeper into hell
Were the damned could only dwell
Claustrophobic and hot
Feeling more like a cell
Outside of Satans palace
My faith was challenged first
I asked the devils son
If my pledge could be reversed
He said to pray to God
And that all would be revealed
His fathers strength was nothing
If faith was my shield
He said I had a mission
And that he was here to serve
And that I would find heaven
If I let God be heard
I listened for a month
And I barely heard a sound
Until Satan told me
How the end would go down
He planned an assault
Aimed directly at the throne
And legions of demons
Would break into the zone
I told him he would fail
And I ran away fast
I didnt look back
Cause he was gaining on my ass
Then from the shadows
Damian stepped out
He stopped all the demons
With the mightiest of shouts
A growl from the devil
His son told me to leave
I saw the ghost ahead
Floating, waiting for me
The devil struck quick
And Damian fell
I stepped forward to help
But was too afraid of hell
I said I wont leave you,
What should I do
Damian looked up at me
And I already knew
He took his final breath
And he opened up his mouth
And just as I suspected
This is what came out:
He said to pray to God
