The Butler did it again

Grandma stayed with my uncle last weekend, and she appears to have had a good time. She didn't talk much about it on the phone call yesterday, only to say that she slept pretty well and my cousin's son is funny. We got a bit more info from my uncle, who shared a picture of grandma playing Guess Who? with the little guy. Oh, and I guess my cousin's daughter played the little hostess and was helping clear dishes and maybe even cooked a little.

There was other news shared--my cousin is pregnant, again. This was not a planned pregnancy and nobody in the family knew about it before that point. I think mom heard about it from her brother first, because when she tried calling grandma once she was home, grandma didn't answer her phone.
Mom: So I hear [niece] is pregnant again!
Grandma: Yes! And we don't know how it happened!
Mom: ...We know how it happened, mom.
Grandma: *knowing chuckle*

Apparently my cousin was not exactly thrilled. I mean, I don't blame her. Her daughter is 8 and her son is 4, so they're out of diapers, both are almost in full-time school, and now she has to start all over again. Her son was not planned, either, and he came along basically nine months to the day after grandma's car accident that totaled her vehicle, so my first thought was, OMG, who got into an accident this time?! How's her husband's family? Then again, my cousin is single-handedly keeping the bloodline going, so perhaps that's good? Maybe? This child will get a lot of love; my aunt and uncle are doting grandparents, and my cousin's brothers are doting uncles, so I'm sure they're thrilled to get another addition. Her daughter is hoping for a girl, probably because she's lived through a little brother situation and would like a sister this time around. My uncle is excited at the thought of getting an official namesake, since the little guy has his name as a middle name, but my uncle's names are...not common and not something you really want to do to a little kid. But we'll see.
