quick update

as i said in my last entry the hubbs and i were given the chance by the military to volunteer for the World Baseball Classic for the flag opening ceremony. unfortunately due to my work schedule i had to pull out but i did score a free WBC shirt for attending one of the rehearsals. anyway, last night after i got home from work, hubbs called and told me he had scored an extra ticket and to get my ass down there. i hesitated because i was TIRED and pretty cranky after being stuck in traffic but i figured (especially after he 'pressured' me to go. hahahah) why the heck not. so, after changing out of my 'pang bahay' clothes, i hauled ass to petco park & scored free parking 10 blocks away. haha. i'd never watched a game at the park & let me tell you, IT WAS SOO FUN. i am SO GLAD that i went (thank you babe for convincing me!) and i can't wait til baseball season starts up again. i'm not a baseball fan (at all) but being there and watching LIVE is great. plus, the food!! yah they raise the prices ridiculously, but you can't watch a baseball game and NOT have a hot dog and peanuts. hehehehe.
anyhoo, japan ended up winning the championship.
