more music rambling
So, as if I haven't posted about it here a million times, last.fm is pretty much the greatest invention ever. Not only does it track what I listen to for the stats-obsessed part of me, lots of artists are putting up whole albums that you can listen to (i read somewhere you can listen to them up to 3 times, but i haven't reached that point yet).
Today I listened to lots and lots of Beck, including the whole Sea Change album, because I got his new album today, which is quite good but its slower, and I prefer his upbeat stuff like Guero.
Now I'm listening to Coldplay's Parachutes. I am pretty much a sad excuse for a fan when I haven't heard any of their older stuff yet... but all I can say as for right now is that Parachutes is awesome. Viva La Vida has some good songs on it but I'm glad I got it for free, if I'm going to financially support Coldplay then I'll definitely buy Parachutes.
