WHAT: A short vignette with a boy-turned-girl, and a girl-turned-vampire

WHY: It needed doing!
WITH: adorable and it's short! OMG
Connor sat outside the door to his bedroom, appropriated by River again, knocking repeatedly.
She remained crouched on the other side of the door in the very blue room, filled with equasions and sketches, and a few handprints as per their fun the afternoon before. "Don't wanna drink."
Connor sighed, leaning his head back against the door. "It's just until you get back to normal. This stuff is donated, nobody got hurt, okay? Nobody died."
There was silence behind the door a moment, before the lock clicked and it was pushed open to reveal a pale, fangy River. "...I did."
Connor, now revealed to have become a rather busty girl, though his face didn't change much, he'd always looked a bit feminine anyhow. "You're undead now, and you weren't killed, or turned, just something... changed. You'll get your heartbeat back, don't worry," s/he told her, stepping in and offering up the glass of A+ he'd gotten for her.
She raised an eyebrow at his breasts, then reluctantly took the drink. River sipped it a moment before chugging it down. "...Captain's not going to like this."
"What Mal doesn't know won't hurt him," Connor replied, placing a hand on River's shoulder. "It's gonna be alright. It's not like you're suddenly evil or anything, and if you really really need to sink your fangs into someone, use me - I'm pretty durable." Connor winked and smiled.
River blushed, "Couldn't do that to you."
"You'd be surprised how nice it feels when you're not a real human."
"Maybe...."
"Think about it," Connor said, kissing her lightly. "I'll be in the livingroom tormenting Manabe if you need anything." With that said, he backed out of the room, smiling softly as he heard River close and lock the door behind him.
