Too much has happened here and it's not even over yet, but I'll go through some of the highlights.
1. A seven hour bus ride beggining at 11pm almost immediately followed by a two hour ferry ride.
2. So much snorkling!!! Nine hours of which spent doing scientific research where Jordan, Alice, Susy and I had to count fish and estimate their lenghts.
2a. After having completed four hours of snorkling in bad weather, we returned to the station and the first person we see is our tutor who says "Thank god you are here, I've been looking for you." We think it is because we were a half hour later than we said we would be back and she was worried about us. However the next sentence out of her mouth was "It's our turn to do dishes."
2b. Seeing over 15 turtles, 3 shovel nose rays, 10 regular rays, 5 white tip sharks, soooooooooooooooo many tropical fish, and even more coral.
3. SUCBA diving the Great Barrier Reef, twice.
4. Having data that might get published in a scientific journal...maybe.
5. Seeing turtles come onto shore to lay eggs.
6. Having the school pay for a massive dinner with a chocolate fountain and three beers and a glass of wine for every person.
6a. After having consumed that much alcohol going to the beach at night and drinking more while people smoked out.
6b. Having the tutors walk by while people were doing activity 6a and not caring at all.
7. On going group wide game of grab ass where it's one point per finger on a persons but, 20 points for a boob, 50 points for two boobs, 100 points for both boobs at the same time then saying "Honk Honk," 1000 points for my scrotum, and 2000 points for Calvin's (I have no idea why Calvin's is more).
