Okay, please don't laugh at me.
For some damn reason I have again (yes, I've done this once before since DST began) set my clock an extra hour ahead. I woke up this morning, thinking it was 6:30, took Lorraine on a walk, and came back. And looked at the time on my watch.
I thought to myself, didn't I change that on Sunday? Maybe I forgot... But no. All of my other changed clocks and my laptop say the same damn thing. For some gods awful reason, I accidentally moved my alarm clock ahead an hour, thereby waking up an hour earlier than I needed to.
No wonder I'm so tired right now.
I am currently documenting my sleep habits for a sleep study I will do next week. I record the times I go to bed, wake up in the night, etc, etc. So what do I do? Record the actual time these various events happened, or when I believe they happened? (This is a hypothetical question.) If I knew when I actually changed my clock I would have a better idea (I thought it was correct when I went to bed...)
On a completely different topic...
