OMG I love dim sum. I always forget just how much I love it until I go again. I went earlier today with Michael, whom I have not seen since the summer between freshman and sophomore year of college. I've bothered him online constantly over the years, though. Topics of conversation included:
+ the fobby charm of Monterey Park
+ Radiohead show :D
+ Regret at the missed awesomeness of an Obama/Clinton ticket (though I do like Biden the more I hear of him)
+ McCain's absolutely LOLtastic VP choice
+ The Simpsons
+ Randomness
He also said something HILARIOUS, and I cannot remember what. All I know is that I had food in my mouth and nearly spit it out.
Then we went to the Starbucks downstairs and they were appropriately playing In Rainbows. It was perfect. :)
I might go back to Catherine's sweet pad later tonight once my dad's done with his nap. He has some kind of throat infection that he went to the doctor for today since he thought it was just a cold that wouldn't go away.
Anywho, the
Pushing Daisies tour will be in Downtown Disney tomorrow, and seeing as Catherine lives close by, I'm going to suggest that as an activity for. HOWEVER, the shitty thing is that they'll be there from 6 to 10 AM. WTF. What kind of hours are those for a promotional tour?? I mean, I could still try to go to the Santa Monica stop on September 10, but that starts at 9:00am. D:
I want a nap myself. And some pie. mmmm... pie. :)
