Making DH gifs.
Had to post this bit. this line, this little moment. broke my soul. and its a pity it seems to get lost between the dance and Godric's Hollow and everything else.
This is a conversation she would never have with Ron, she just couldnt, you know. these two shared moments and things about themselves, that they never shared with anyone else.
i dont care what anyone says, and i've seen it being argued over, Hermione was talking about Harry and herself here. she wanted to stay here and grow old, with him. And Harry's silence after, just proved it. he knew.
I'm sure its something they dont think about. growing old. they dont let themselves think about it, surviving. And yet, when the thought crosses her mind, Hermione wants to do it with Harry. asdjhfdkjalhfdjhkl.
how i wish it were canon, this moment. cuz its the could-have-been we longed for, something JKR didnt have the gumption to put in her text, copping out by mentioning it as an afterthought in some interview. booo.
