Something to the Humane Society food bank. And/or Pasado's. Can you?

Usually, I prioritize contributions to humans. This is my favorite program, which supports survival and dignity and about which I can't really say enough good things.

Thanks!

I have a few cans left of the "fatty fat" food (A/D) we fed Nuut the last few weeks of her life. Really good for a sick kitty, not so much for healthy cats. I'd love to pass them along to someone who can use them.

This last year Miss K and I have become involved with our local animal rescue/no kill fostering org...Unconditional Love. I'm acutely aware that as the cold weather comes in, life will be considerably more difficult for cats on the outside. Trying to make sure fewer cats end up in those straits...that they either have good homes or can be spay/nuetered and live in supported outside colonies which is a great alternative for cats that don't want to be pets.

Just keeping the faith and doing what we can to make life gentler for our little friends. Thanks for being active.

Interesting that you mention this. Just this week, I made a point of giving to Pasado's and to the humane society on Kauai which i've given to for years. I think the same thing.. if we are hurting then imagine how bad the animal charities are hurting. Thanks for the reminder.
