Day 5 and 6

Hey there. I know that I didn't post yesterday. I was in a grouchy mood and didn't want to do much of anything. So I will post today's meal plan TODAY and then tomorrow's underneath it. ^_^ Yesterday my dad was home and was so excited to make a meal for the both of us. I already warned him that I was dieting and I can't eat carbs, but we all know how men are and they just dont listen! So I got home and he is cooking HOMEMADE FRENCH FRIES! I was getting angry. Then he made corn. Where was the meat? So I asked. He opens up the oven and there is FRIED CHICKEN being baked. I got so pissed. I told him I couldn't eat it and that I was trying to loose weight. Then I felt bad. He was just trying to have us eat dinner together. So I ate it. I had two french fries, I peeled the fried skin off the chicken and just ate the meat ((2 chicken legs)) and I had the corn. It's funny, I wasn't really even craving the skin on the chicken. Usually thats my favorite part, but I didn't even want it.

I soon got paranoid that I was going to gain my weight and I freaked out. I was going to work out but I went swimming for 10 minutes, showered and went to sleep at 9:30. I woke up at 9:30 this morning. I was just exhausted! My mind is torturing me. I had a dream with people from my past asking what happened to me 'You are so big!', and then plenty of desserts. I swore I wouldn't eat it but in the dream I gave in. It was terrible.

The funniest thing about the dessert part of the dream is I haven't really craved any chocolate. I was a choco-holic. I had to have it at least once every two days. But it isn't even a big deal. I am sure when my period comes it will be, but not now. I also weighed myself today. 171 the scale read. THAT'S 6 POUNDS IN 5 DAYS! I was so happy that I danced in the stretching room in Curves. ((Of course no one was in there at the time)) SO I guess screwing up a little at dinner didn't effect me as much as I thought, but I am NOT doing it again. I wont push my luck. However, I may treat myself to an ice cream this weekend. A little bit of Ben and Jerry's can't kill me. ^_^ Well I am going to go. Till again.

Meal 2: Curves Shake (Free Carbs/-- Calories)
Meal 3: 6 oz turkey-deli; Lettece (6 Carbs/120 Calories)
Meal 4: 1 cup cauliflower (FREE Carbs/FREE Calories)
Meal 5: 6 oz grilled kielbasa; mixed with onions/green peppers/mushrooms (1 Carb/-- Calories)
Meal 6: 1 Diet Snapple pop (5 Carbs/63 Calories)
Exercise: 30 minute Curves workout

Meal 1: 1/4 cup egg sub; 3 slice bacon; 1 cup of coffee . (5 Carbs/-- Calories)
Meal 2: Curves Shake blended with 1/2 cup strawberries(6 Carbs/-- Calories)
Meal 3: 6 oz tuna salad; Lettece (3 Carbs/120 Calories)
Meal 4: unknown (FREE Carbs/FREE Calories)
Meal 5: Beef and veggie stew (8 Carb/-- Calories)
Meal 6: Unknown (- Carbs/63 Calories)
Exercise: 20 minute ball workout; 30 minute Curves workout
