Well I just looked up on my book and saw I went over my carbs. . . a lot. 10 over to be exact. I am not happy with myself. I didn't do it on impulse, I just had poor planning. My wheat bread had 5 more carbs than I thought and I forgot to calculate my morning coffee yesterday when planning my meal. I guess it's not too bad. I mean I only consumed 15 carbs yesterday, so I had 5 to spare? *sigh* I just goofed by mistake. Tomorrow I will be more careful.
Today was a little bit harder to get through. I have been very tired. I feel like I have no energy--my body is weened off all my carbs and my metabolism is reacting. BUT because I consumed those extra carbs I am going to do the 20 minutes on the ball tonight plus i am going to try and come up with my own Ball Routine to do 3 times a week. Tomorrow is a new day.

Meal 1: 1/4 cup egg sub. (w. green peppers, ham, mushrooms, onions); 2 slices of bacon; 1 cup of coffee . (4 Carbs/-- Calories)
Meal 2: Curves Shake with 5 grapes (7 Carbs/-- Calories)
Meal 3: 3 oz. Turkey-deli; 2 oz. cheddar cheese (3 Carbs/120 Calories)
Meal 4: 1 cup broccoli (FREE Carbs/FREE Calories)
Meal 5: 6 oz. grilled Chicken w. maranade; 1 cup streamed cauliflower (1 Carb/-- Calories)
Meal 6: 1 Diet Snapple pop (5 Carbs/63 Calories)
Exercise: 20 minute ball workout; 30 minute Curves workout
