Day 2

Hey there. My diet went very well today. I had to change my breakfast though. I couldn’t take the cottage cheese! So I had egg substitutes with 2 sausage links instead. ^_- Around 1ish I got lightheaded and then really shaky but I ate my lunch and I was fine. I got lightheaded again and felt drained. I sucked on a Butterscotch candy and I was fine. My sugar level probably took a drop due to the minimal amount of carbs/sugar I had for the day. But so far so good. ^_- Plus all the ladies here were very supportive and asking me how I was doing. So yeah. I am off though. I have to clean and get ready to go home. Till again.

Meal Plan
Meal 1:4 strips of bacon; ½ cup of egg substitues; 1 cup of coffee . (4 Carbs/-- Calories)
Meal 2: ½ cup of cantaloupe; 1 oz of chedder cheese Curves Shake with 5 grapes (7 Carbs/-- Calories)
Meal 3: 3 oz. Turkey-deli; Lettece (3 Carbs/120 Calories)
Meal 4: Curves shake w. 8 oz skim milk; 1 slice of wheat toast with 1 oz. chedder cheese (17 Carbs/70 Calories)
Meal 5: 6 oz. grilled Chicken w. maranade Kielbasa-Lite; 1 cup steamed broccoli; 1 cup streamed cauliflower (0 Carb/-- Calories)
Meal 6: 1 Diet Snapple pop (5 Carbs/63 Calories)
Exercise: 20 minute ball workout; 30 minute Curves workout
