More or less done with the quarter!!!!!! : )

So I just finisehd my last elective class for this quarter which means that I'm more or less done with classes for the quarter since I finished my core classes in October and my concentration course last weekend. (The Tribal MPA at Evergreen, for those of you that don't know what I'm talking about, is set up like this: You take a four credit core class for the first two months of school and then you take a concentration course for four credits that takes place in November and December. You also have to take a four credit "elective" each quarter during your second year in the TMPA program because you need to get 48 Graduate Credits and 24 elective credits to graduate and get your master's degree in June.) It sucks to have to take an elective each quarter this school-year because the work you do to earn the 8 graduate credits is as hard as the work that undergraduates have to do to earn 20 credits each quarter. So I'm, in other words, basically doing the equivalent of 20 undergraduate credits plus four more graduate credits. Don't you wish you had my academic schedule? The class I took to get my elective credits this quarter was a "Human Resource Management and Organization" class. It was boring and dry as hell and I didn't care for the people that much but now I'm kind of feeling sad for some reason that the class is over and I won't see some of my classmates again. It's funny how that works isn't it?

At any rate, I'm done for the quarter now so I just have an eval conference next week and three days of work and then...I can go home for break!!!!!!! That is one thing I'm really happy about. I'm in need of a break from academics for awhile. It's going to be SOOOOOOOO nice to just kick back and turn off my brain for awhile.
