(no subject)
So I didn't get the scholarship. What made it really awkward was the two girls who sit next to me in class did. One of which I consider a very good friend did. I'm sorta jealous I guess.
But I suppose this is all natural when you get rejected, especially if a friend who you consider pretty much equal in scholar gets it ahead of you. I can't lie though, she is a better writter than I. lol, who isn't though? I can only rant about my ideas and society... I can't write papers.
My art education teacher was actually all surprised that I didn't get any. She came up to me a few times and had said that she was surprised. The first time was like 5 seconds after she announced it (she wasn't part of the committee, but is the head of the art ed. department). She also mentioned that she'll help me find some other scholarships I can apply for. She's a nice lady.
Whelp, perhaps I'll go do something like work out. That sounds productive and slightly healthy. Which is currently going against my large ambitions to say fuck it and just get really drunk... lol.
