Riverside/Dereks party..
This is for Saturday 6/24..
The speaker at church was really good, even though we got out really late, like at 1:15 or somethin close to that. Eat at church cause had to go to Riverside wit my parents for my aunite emma's party at her house. So went to Riverside thinkin I would be the only one my age there cause it was like a mini reunion for my mom's friends/co-workers.. but Christian ended up bein there so I wasnt alone. Found out that he's cool wit Justin and that they have mutual friends and stuff, pretty funny how small the filipino world is.
Left and had to go to my auntie sonia's party at her house for a while and show our faces and stuff. So chilled there and eat again.. and later on we left.
It was Derek's b-day on Fri. so we had a BBQ at his house so I got there maybe around 6:30 and joined up wit the rest of the GFCrew. Played a lil bit of golf, watched bball, and that word scramble game wit Kristen and Tim. Eric brought his old PS1 so we played all of the old games we used to play.. Marvel vs Capcom!! It endin up between me and Lawrence fightin it out and Jun after he found his right character.
Then good 'ol poker!! I think bout 10 of us were playin, pretty big game, but i was the 4th one out after listenin to lawrence's bad advice.. damn.... i got out early. Then watched the Ultimate Fighter Finale on TV.. damn it was crazy lost my voice cause i was yellin so loud.. Kendall won by the judges vote after the 3rd round, I thought he was gonna lose but he got it!! Haha.. Eric was wrong, lol.. then Bisbing won, no suprise there.. good fight altogether.. pretty crazy cause everyone went by the tv and was yellin and cheerin and shit, it got really loud.
More Poker.. more food.. more ps1.. fun night cause everyone is bac from college.. ended up leavin at a lil bit after 2.
Saw my grades.. yes!! Hard work really does pay off!! Didnt get straight A's.. but close. Now gotta keep it up.
