Winter Quarter is almost over
Well i just had my last day of Philosophy and English class today. Im so glad to get out of my Philo. 1, who said that class was easy, it was so frickin hard. The average for all the test are always 70% and below. So far I have a "B" in that class and I studied my ass off to earn that grade. This class will be my lowest grade and it sucks cause it'll bring down my GPA. But Enlgish class.. that's a different story. I'm actually gonna miss that class. Not the teacher Mr. Kobler (though he made me laugh, but the friends I've made. It sucks that you have to make new friends all over again; that you have to start all over next quarter and the next quarter after that. You get situated wit the people around you; almost becoming a norm to you. And to my Sociology class.. asking about Asians in class is not being racist.. hah.
We only got the final left (which the 2 essays are complete bullshit). But to the friends i've made.. hope to see you guys around, and maybe we'll end up in the same class in the coming quarters. Hah.. out of the Hundreds of classes. But hey, maybe see you guys around. "A little bit of alliteration to put some punch in your prose!" Hah.. only the ppl. in our English class will get that.
This is the time i wished i went to LSU or PUC cause you're stuck wit them. But I thank God every day I am not at PUC or LSU. I would advice the rest of the seniors at GAA to not go to the SDA schools. You're stuck in the SDA "bubble" and sometimes you need to get out and experience the rest of the world. Have people who dont have the same views as yourself. There's a diff. world out there, and you need to see it.
But today started off horrible, i woke up at 12:45 and class started at 1. So I took a shower, got dressed, drive-thru at Taco Bell, and got to class at 1:25. Then to make matters worse, when i was backing up my mom's Mercedes out of the garage, the mirror hit the side of the wall and broke!! Shit, that is gonna cost me a grip to fix. It still works, sorta.. the casing of the mirror is completely broken, but all of the machanics inside still work.
But out of 6 essays, 2 term papers, and 2 video analysis papers in aobut 4 months.. Im ready for Christmas break.. 1 more week left!!
