Happy New Year everyone. I hope everyone had fun last night. I guess I did. Actually the jury is still out, but I can at least say that my night was very eventful. I'm not really sure where to even begin. Though I have to say that the highlight of my night was eating gyros with Diane in the middle of the street. I guess New Year's is the time to reflect and I certainly did that. This afternoon when I woke up, I stayed in bed and thought about everything and decided that it's a new year and a good excuse to fix anything that's not working in my life right now and that put me in a good mood. I went out for breakfast with Diane, but the place we usually go to was closed so we walked to the diner on 181st. A certain person that I didn't feel like seeing lives right across the street so I was a little reluctant, but I ended up not seeing her so it worked out. Then we got some coffee and walked around Fort Tryon which I hadn't done in so long and it was very nice and relaxing. It was a nice way to start the new year. I just hope I keep my New Year's resolutions. I kind of didn't keep one of them already which was to not hang out with Harry anymore. It wasn't my fault though because Diane told him that we would stop by on our way home before the bar closed and we really really had to leave Crobar and we didn't have any money and we needed more to drink to make us forget certain aspects of our night. I tried to hide from him which worked for awhile because it was so busy, but I guess when he saw Diane he assumed I must be there too. He was abnormally sweet so it made it difficult to dislike him, but I still do. Even though everyone thinks he's so nice, there is something about him that I don't trust and he is a very frustrating person and I don't need that in my life. However, it's going to be almost impossible to ignore him since he works on the same block that my best friend lives on.
