If this is heaven to me is this considered heavenly?

In 10 days I will be leaving Michigan, heading south on I-75 with my ex-boyfriend in the passenger seat. I am excited to get away. Driving and listening to music are my two favorite things to do. I have never had a week to spend with just Casey, no work or dogs or family or chores. I think it will be nice. I didn't want to make too many plans but we are going to stop to visit Ian in Knoxville. Probably spend the night in Chattanooga, a day in Atlanta, then split the rest of the time between Savannah and Hilton Head. I don't care if it's 40 degrees and raining, I am gonna spend everyday in a bikini.

Got in a stupid fight with Casey a few days ago. He tried buy me dance lessons for a MLK day present. Perhaps he had good intentions and was just trying to make me happy. I felt like he was trying to lock me into a 9 week commitment to not get a real job and spend another 2 months in Lansing with him. I'm a brat.

I was offered a grown up job in Troy. I think I would like it but that is an hour drive from Howell with no traffic. I am looking for a house to rent in Royal Oak with a fenced yard and a male roommate who likes dogs. The other option is to find a job that's closer, live at home, work my ass off for 2 years and save up a bunch of money and then move out of state. Really, the only place I want to live is Detroit but it would be cool to move somewhere warm for a few years before I come back here. I guess I need to take what I can get while I can get it. I already feel like my options are narrowing because i'm getting older.
