Thursday I worked pre-production for the festival with Mr. Jeff Wilson. Gonna be working with him a lot more soon. It was great but, but tiring work and I got to Harpos that night in time for the last two songs. Wouldn't have even gone if Damien wasn't working it, then Friday I show up and find out he was hanging out in Detroit with his woman anyway. ugh.
MC Hammer was amazing. I was glad Casey and the boys came out to enjoy it with me. I was dancing like a freak the whole time. It was Tupac's birthday so he did a little memorial and played his favorite song of his "Pray". He gave Laura a rose, a little jealous, I mean... I was right next to her!! jk But anyway, amazing, as he would say he "turned that motha out" and it was just sweet seeing everyone enjoying his music and bringing their kids to see him. I loved it.

Got to spend the night in Detroit. There were boys peeing out the window onto the tennis court while I was trying to sleep. We drank expensive champange out of paper cups. I washed my feet in the tub at the end of the night and turned it black and got black little toe prints all over the floor. Somehow they didn't YET bill us for destruction of the room. Pretty sure the boys were smoking weed in there and I know Charlie puked something BRIGHT red all over the bed and floor. So gross. That is why I am not excited for a new roommate to move in this week and maybe another on the way. Nothing like sharing a bathroom (or kitchen) with 3 boys.
