(no subject)
I had a really great weekend. Saturday was the best day at work in forever, mostly because I to spend it on the first floor for almost the whole day (the hour I covered Davids lunch on classical was good too, because my buddy Matt Ward came by and hung out for a bit). I was playing everything from Hendrix, Roxy Music, Black Sabbath, Budgie, Iggy and the Stooges...ahh it was great. And it was the first day I talked to the new girl Sydney. She's really cool, laid back and pretty chill. Decent taste in music too. I had the house to myself when I got home too (just like tonight too). So I watched "The Thing", and it was this great creepy movie that had a very paranoia vibe through out. I borrowed "Dawn of the Dead" but I'll probably watch it Monday after work.
I just cleaned up the computer today and sat on my ass watching tv for the most part today. Hung out with my friend Sean for a bit, went for wings and he showed me where he was gonna live on campus at SMU. Then came home, downloaded Black Flag, Gang of Four, and Lynyrd Skynyrd albums. I never thought I'd like Skynyrd, but "that smell" is just such an awesome song so I'll give them a chance. But I'm not ready to spend money, since I need money for Iron Maiden...and I'll have all that money very soon, so that'll be nice to get out of the way.
Anywho, I have work everyday this week except Wednesday so that'll be a nice boost to my bank account which is taking a continual beating lately haha. So I'll to everyone when I do. Later folks.
