Crafty thing
I got the crafting craze! Eeek. Im going out and spending all my spare pennies on stuff for card making. Ive only made 2 cards and I dont think Im much good at it, but it doesnt stop me giving it another try. Ive been doing it on and off for about 2 years and after a long break, my friend Kelly got me into it again. Ive discovered a little craft shop in Hull. Today I signed up to a crafting mag I discovered. Probably a big mistake cos Ive asked for it from issue one and its on 17 at the mo so its probably gonna cost me a bit!
Speak of money, its my last day at work on friday. My boss Natasha is laying off most of her staffand as Im on holiday next week, she thought it would be a good idea to let me go first. So today Ive been jobhunting. There were quite a few jobs for a change, but Im rather limited because come september I'll only be able to do weekend work cos Im starting a very demanding full time course. There was only one weekend vacency and that was in Boyes. Eurghhh! Theres always something isnt there?!
Am off to the Lakes next week with mother and Daniel for 5 days. It'll be nice to have a bit of a break. Think we deserve that much after this year.
Off through to Hull tomorrow with my friend James who I know from school. Then Im working at 3 til 8.
Went to a friend of the family's 50th birthday party over the weekend. That was good. Dee is such a party animal!
