(no subject)
Today has been sorta nice, in a way. The weathers been crap but Ive been content. Woke up kinda late (oops) to find mum had gone out - she'd gone to help out doing school admin stuff at work. Watched a bit of tv, read for a few hours. I wanted to make some buns but we didnt have ingredients :( Mum came in around 3.30ish and got a taxi into town for 4.15ish to get to the cinema for 4.30 showing of Pirates of the Caribbean 2 then went to Weatherspoons for tea with mum and Daniel. Ive seen the film once already but mum n Dan hadnt so I went to see it with them. Its a really good film. Has anyone else seen it?
Ive been talking to a guy called James the last couple of night online who was in my year at school. We never really spoke but he spotted me on myspace and we just started talking. Im also in touch with an old school friend of mine called Nicola which is cool and some guy called Adam who's the son of one of my mums friends, so my friends list has just got bigger :D
Its my friend Dianne's sisters hen party on saturday so were all off out on the town. Ive been roped into wearing a skirt (eek!) so I may wear my new brown dress. I've never been to a hen do so it should be interesting. Ive never really met Diannes sister either so it'll be nice to meet her properly if Im off to her hen do! I finish work at 7 on saturday so its mad dash home to get ready and go out. Cant be out too late though because its Kelly's daughters christening on sunday and I have to catch an earlyish train to Hull. Kelly's my best mate and Nikita's the cutest little babby, well, not ever but she is gorgeous! She's very special. I was there when Kelly and Jon were to take her home for the first time from the hospital and I couldnt believe how tiny she was! She's 5 onths old now and she's still in newborn clothes bless her. I need to get a christening present still but Im off to Scarborough tomorrow for my first hospital appointment so I can have a look round town after. It'll only be a consultation type meeting I think, I think they'll give me a heart scan at a later date, which is dumb. Me and Daniel have to be checked because the heart problem that Lee had could be hereditary. Daniel has a heart problem already that he's had since birth but Ive had a scan before a few years back and I was ok. We'll see. Will keep you posted.
Anyway, better get to bed. My train leaves at 9am so its early morning for me, then Im working 6 til 11pm tomorrow night. Great!
