So I have sucessfully circumnavigated the sun on a ball of rock, water, air, plants, and animals for 21 years.

HOORAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My evening was not what many people would consider to be "exciting" but it suited my purposes quite well and I had a really good time. This week has been absolutly CRAZZZZZZZY busy and there has been something in the water to make the kids go ape wild, so I had a nice relaxing evening. I went to the local Irish pub with my parents and a few of my friends and I had a glorious dinner of prawns and chips. To wash it down, I ordered a Harp beer, which I thought was more than appropriate. The waitress did a triple take when I ordered, saying that I looked 13, and when she found out it was my 21st birthday, made it her personal vendetta to make me have an Irish car bomb. She failed. My dad also ordered a Guinness for himself, which was WIERD since I have never seen him consume alcohol. So after we finished our meal and the waitress called me a wuss (she wasn't kidding either. punk. but by then the beer had started to work on me and I really didn't give a #*()#& what she thought of me. she was old and ugly anyway. I'm a terrible person.)...ANYWAY...then we went to see Evan Almighty since it was premiering on my birthday and it was wonderful!

So that's basically my 21st birthday story. Pretty tame, but it was a unique mix of experiences that suited my character much better than going out and getting absolutly wasted would have been. Plus, I was able to include Jared in this celebration, and I wouldn't have been able to if I had gone bar hopping.

Tonight, my grandma is cooking me dinner, so I am currently doing a mini fast (aka I didn't eat lunch) so that I can stuff my face when we go over to her house. ;-)

Whoot! I can't wait to be "legal at college" though. It's going to be nice to just pop over to the Ram after a hard day and buy a bottle of wine to have at my house (MY house!! not really MINE, per se, but you get the drift. OO!! so excited!!), to go up to Portland for an evening of revelry, etc.

Hooray!
