Seeing as the UK is in the habit of chucking over five million potatoes into the bin every day, I've decided that for my final year project I'm going to come up with a solution to help reduce food waste. So don't be too surprised if at some point over the next ten months you find me rummaging through your wheelie bin, and taking photos of the inside of your fridge.
