So on this time 4 years ago after endless posts about John Kerry and how I hope that people would vote for him...we have a Democrat in the White House. Listening to people talk about how excited they were made me really happy and relieved. It's so great. Obama has this untouchable ability to make people hopeful. Not just here in the US, but around the world. It's all very exciting.

The amount of status changes were disgusting. Some of them were racist and crazy and others were hopeful. Others were indifferent.

I am just glad to be in this country on this day. It's exciting.
