Seems like the worst of it is over in the Kansai region... thank goodness! The news has just been focused on the worst hit area, and have mentioned transport delays (particularly on the JR lines), quite a lot of flooding where the rainfall was heaviest, and quite a bit of destruction to buildings and trucks ( Read more... )Making history
