Dear Livejournal,
I forgot to mention that back in March, I checked out this invitational program called Proscout. Its basically a company that hosts events for potential actors and models to meet with some of the world's top agents in one big room. And thats where I was this past weekend. The event was held at Orange County's Hyatt Regency. Saturday, we all pretty much listened to a bunch of speakers who taught us some valuable tactics in the entertainment industry. There were about a thousand people at this event and it filled the room with this...energy, it was incredible. Some time in the afternoon we were allowed to perform a 30 second monologue of our choice. My choice happened to be from one of my favorite movies called SLC Punk where Stevo laid down his life plans to his parents. I did my thing and I pretty much rocked 'cause I got chosen to perform again infront of the whole crowd the next day. Sunday, was the most fun out of the whole weekend because I got to do stuff like walk down a runway and make a fool of myself. At the end of program each agency called out the numbers of the people they wanted to interview one on one with. I didnt get much callbacks but I'm glad I got at least one (Actually i got 3 hehehehe). I got 3 callbacks from Acme Talent, BMG Models, and Doron Ofir ((SWEETASS!!!)) Now i gotta follow up with them this week. I'm fuckin stoked about this shit. Its a good to start acting again. Especially starting off on the right foot.
