hectic week, emotional weekend
I have now been done with the term for 25 hours, and I'm quite glad. Most of the term Lindsey and I have been able to enjoy not having many commitments at night, aside from school stuff. This past week though we've been pretty consistently busy. All of last week I was working on my final paper for my Shakespeare class, and then we had to clean the apartment and prepare both it and ourselves for everyone who spent the night on Saturday. In case you hadn't heard, Saturday night Lindsey and I hosted a party for everyone who came down for Amelia's celebration of life on Sunday. It was a good party I would say, although my memory gets choppy after about 2 am, but the general consensus seems to be that we were up till around 4 am. I'm really happy about everyone who came and had fun. Thank you to everyone who tried my Long Island slushee concoction. It has certainly been a long time since I have drank that much, and I'm sure it will be a long time before I drink that much again.
