Is this my business?
So, I'm lying in bed reading, trying to fall asleep, when I hear some banging around upstairs. A little later I hear this woman just sobbing her fucking head off, constantly. She's been going for a good 15 minutes now, maybe more. Occasionally the sobbing is pierced with a small shriek or a long wail. It's simply maddening. And I'm really curious, like, if something's going on that someone should help her out with or something. It's not really my business though. But then again, maybe it is, if it's keeping me awake. This isn't the first time this has happened either--I've heard the woman upstairs crying like this before. But this is the first time I've noticed this late at night, or at least the first time it's kept me up. I guess I should maybe at least mention something about it to the apartment management. Wtf.
