Not much of an entry today, just a brief news item that brings joy to my face. The Westboro Baptist Church, headed by notorious bigot Fred Phelps, will be picketing the San Diego Comic Con.

Why does this make me smile? Because they have no idea what they're getting into. Cosplayers and other people will be posing with them. The insults will be flying fast and furious, and I can see where some people will see just how much abuse the Phelps clan can take before they decide to go home. Not physical abuse, mind you. But the male cosplayers who dress up like women could make them extremely uncomfortable. I really should go to San Diego just to see how it will play out.
