One week down,

Today marks a full week since I’ve gotten my treadmill and I am so impressed with the progress I’ve made in such a short time. I finally got to 300 calories today and I really pushed myself during the workout to jog at 8kmh and for a minute I even went to 11kmh. I'm going to strive to do a little more tomorrow but looking at last Thursday compared to today I love looking back and seeing the progress. It really does make me believe I’m doing something about my weight and fitness and I am just so proud of myself and what I have achieved. All I need to do now is just stick with it. I need to continue pushing myself each day and I need to follow through on things I say I’m going to do and actually do them.




Come this Sunday when I call my friend to ask her if she can do yoga with me, if she says no, I still have to do it. I am not backing down from any of this. I really want to get rid of this fat and the only way to do it is to just do everything I can possibly think of, and to take things slowly. If I rush everything all at once I’ll just quit. slow and steady may not always win the race but in this case it will. I promise myself it will.




I discovered today that I really enjoy watching Ouran High School Host Club while I do my workout. The end song in particular gets me pumped and during that time I turn the speed up to 8kmh and even 11kmh if I feel I can do it. I’m still not super confident in running because of my knee but I’m feeling much better with it as each day goes past.
