Messages from the Pit....
Wow. it's been a long time since I've posted to this tormented journal. Indeed, much has happened as of the last post. Which I don't even remember what I wrote. *shrugs*
So. Let's have a friendly chat, shall we?
As some of you may know, I was living with ladyseiryuu until February, when she left wintry Ohio to go to Florida, and sold her soul to the Mouse. She is very missed, but we wish her the best, as always!! ^^
Since then, I have moved in with my fiancee, tgambitg. That's right, dearies, I will be getting married at the beginning of September, of this year. It's been a frightfully busy year, and promises to keep getting busier.
I have been recently employed at NAPA Autoparts, where I work as an afternoon delivery driver with my soon to be mother-in-law. I love it. I work with a group of guys--most of whom are decades older than me--and they are all funny, nice, and would give anyone the shirts of their backs. Very nice people. And I get paid to smoke, goof off, listen to music and tool around Xenia. All in all, it's not a bad gig.
Our lovely Disney friend also left me the care of two kittens, named Spencer and Hodgins, two darling black brothers who are one of my chief delights, when they're not being obnoxious. I just kicked Hodgepodge off my lap because he was trying to sit on my hands while I typed. Such is kitten motherhood! :D
I'm also going back to school to study to be a RN. I'm very excited, hopefully it will be starting this August.
In other news, I've just watched the first three episodes of "The Tudors" from Showtime on Demand. Watch it if you have the chance, my friends. It is AWESOME.
