I have said this before
And I will freaking say it again... I DO NOT care who does what with your ex. I get this from multiple friends over the years. "OMG ____ and my ex are ____" So fucking what? I go by the firm belief that when two people are ex-lovers, then what they do with their love lives and genitalia are of no concern to each other any more. You are a past item, and even if you remain friends afterward, that does not mean you get to dictate who they can form a relationship with. Even if it is your best friend. Now I am not talking cheating, or leaving one lover for another, cause that is a whole different can of worms. But say I end my marriage with Joe and later down the line after the dust has settled Angela and Joe start dating, I do not care! Best of luck to you! (but lets hope that never happens in the first place)
Right now a friend of mine within one of my many groups of friends has a crush on our mutual friends ex-boyfriend. And everyone in the group thinks that it is just wrong. Apparently I am supposed to have the same feeling... I don't, which means I get chastised by the friend whose ex is the center of attention. Oi... this is what I get for trying to keep away from the drama. I guess my opinion is wrong. I dunno it just sounds like logical reasoning to me.
In other news. Our first anniversary came and went. It was a lot of fun. We took an overnight trip to Frankenmuth, which is something I have never done. I have been there so many times, but never stayed the night. We stayed in a pretty cute little hotel, ate a Zehnders chicken dinner, and bought a bunch of tasty fudge and cheese. Best part being the quality time we got to spend together. A nice way to celebrate a milestone like the first year of marriage. Afterward, we met up with friends and saw the Madison Heights fireworks display. It was a pretty good show this year. Couse the night ended with my sister and her stupid drama, but oh well. That is her problem. I didn't want to end such a special night to me with stupidity.
