Yes, this is another fitness post.  No, I'm not going to turn this into a thing where I talk about my working out all the time.

So, like I've mentioned before, I started doing the Insanity program.  I'm already on day 8...or maybe it was 9. However long it has been, it's close to 10.  It's actually a lot longer than I thought I was going to stick to it.  Despite following through with the workout program, I'm pretty sure I'm doing it wrong.

One of the reasons that I think I'm not doing it right is the way my feet feel.  Since the first day, it feels like my feet have taken a beating.  There's a lot of jumping exercises involved, so the way that I've been landing could be it.  I've tried to change that, but to no avail.  My feet still throb as I work out, even during simple stretches.  It's only a problem as I'm working out too, since everything feels fine as I go about my daily routine.  Maybe I'm still landing wrong or maybe its my shoes.  It might be my shoes, actually.  There have been times that I couldn't stand the pain, so I started doing stuff barefoot.  That helped a lot.  I'm not exactly sure what it is, but I hope I find out soon, especially since I have 50 more days of this to look forward to.  Fun times!

Even though I've been working out, I feel like I've actually GAINED weight since starting this thing.  I haven't actually weighed myself, but I feel like I have, which is kind of weird.  I haven't changed my diet at all.  Sure, it's not the healthiest (by which I mean incredibly unhealthy), but I haven't eaten more or anything.  My diet is exactly the same.  I was pretty sure that adding physical activity to my routine would have helped that, but it hasn't. Before this, I basically was sedentary for 24 hours a day, but now I have at least an hour of intense physical movement.  This probably means that I do have to end up changing my diet, does it?  This is the worst.

Maybe I'm just not made for the world of physical activity.
